The print and electronic media reach a wide audience and this means your invitation will reach many people. . However, how you present the invitation matters a lot. Is it persuasive? How many people will travel from homes, leaving there engagements, just to attend your function? You need to include content that many will find irresistible. Many companies are using celebrity or offering free stuff in their invitation to attract people. The electronic media also include social sites like facebook and twitters. You can use SMS and direct calling to invite people. All these forms of invitation can be used together or make up for one another.
