With what appears to be a blatant and vulgar display of attacking a physically handicapped person just to prove that morals and ethics don't apply to certain people who are callous beyond human understanding, a so called lawyer who probably got her law degree from grabbing some professors buttocks without cerebral palsy has filed a lawsuit against a fellow lawyer who is disabled due to Spastic Quadriplegia cerebral palsy.

If the lawyer actually said what is being reported, "I didn't mean to touch judge's butt, my cerebral palsy made me do it, " it was probably through an interpreter since the cerebral palsy or cp afflicted lawyer is unintelligible when speaking.
The hideously insensitive lawyer who has pressed charges against the cp lawyer, Hippocrate Mertsaris, is protecting her identity or is she just too shy to go public with such a vile display of torturing a cp lawyer with a sexual harassment lawsuit, making him a public spectacle and cowering like the coward that she is behind some over paid prosecutors bleeding the citizens of Queens, New York, by leading the nation in the most corrupt under investigated law office in the country.

The cp lawyer is represented by counsel, against the judge who actually collects a paycheck as another of New York City's smothered in smog denizens, she poses as a Taxi and Limousine Commission judge. The lawyer, Wyatt Gibbons admits that his client has cerebral palsy.

Any human being who has seen cerebral palsy victims knows that they have no control over their hand movements and jerking is one of their biggest problems.

Seems the unbelievable clod must have had a sexual nirvana when the cp lawyers arms flayed unexpectedly and touched her ass. The case is being reported on the Internet and the word "ass" is not used. In the interests of justice, however, describing her ass as "thighs," "inner thighs", and "buttock"s is suggesting that the judge was allowing a sexual exhange in her courtroom. If she had undressed and was having sex with the defendant, the descriptive adjectives might make more sense.

Otherwise, the taxi judge seems to be attacking a victim that can't defend himself and seeking to ridicule him by making him defend himself against a sexual charge when he probably can't have sex with his Athetoid Dyskinetia disability.

The obscene nature of the charge is just another example of what most people are seeing as an obvious case of another wacko trying to goad a disabled person by using toadies.
