These days the ethical goods movement is going mainstream as progressively more individuals make the leap, buying responsibly instead of ignoring the serious side of our dependence on retail therapy.

4) put aside the money you'd otherwise have frittered away on things you don't really want or need, and watch it grow. There's nothing more uplifting than actually seeing first hand the many benefits of switching your purchasing habits for the better

5) shop online if you find high street shops too tempting. As a general rule it's also not as difficult to locate ethical goods suppliers online than offline
